Dracula is Hot!

With all the frenzy about vampires, vampire movies, vampire tv shows and what not, I guess I should not have been surprised to see Bram Stroker's Dracula on the tv last night. Not the old black and white crap version, mind you. It was the intensely hot one with Keanu Reeves and Winona Rider.

There is a scene in this movie where Prince Vlad finds Nina and is about to go in for the big bite. He balks and says he wont sentence her to that kind of sentence. Nina looks up at him and begs that he take her away from all this death.

It was so highly erotic. Why?

Well first, Prince Vlad was amazingly hot in this powerful way. Wow, he could make a girl quiver. Why is he so hot though? I mean he's not this beau-hunk of a guy per se. But geez.. He knew what he wanted - Nina and he moved heaven and earth to have her. (Swoon!)

And here Nina is.. she says 'screw ya'll' to the conventional norms and goes with him. (Double Swoon!).

Is he so hot because he's a bad boy (I mean really, can you get any badder than a 200 year old blood sucking vampire?)..I dont think so. I think its because how relentless he was to have her. It reminds me a lot like the Glenn Ford classic, 'The Searchers'. Wow, John Wayne was so freaking hot in that one too.

Where did men like this go? Surely they arent THAT few and far between..

I bet you could find them by following the trail of melting women right behind them.
