time flows like a river..
pouring down, over the rocks..
pushing forward, pressing its path..
finding a way to move forward..
sometimes, it breaks through barriers..
barriers both seen and not..
the sound it makes is crystalline in nature..
almost .. in a way.. awareness..
as if time forged its path forward,
to show you, teach you, to enlighten you..
you cannot ride that river of time for very long
without breaking through to some level of awareness..
and then again, sometimes, you learn something even more..
you realize the nature of things to come..
time crests a hill and you can see the valley of life before, if youre aware..
the breadth of that valley floor can be startling..
in fact, it can be devestating.. but nonetheless, it can motivate as well..
time is the river but not the course..
the course is waiting..to change.. if you are..
