Dream a little Dream..

I dreamed a little dream today.. A red one with bows.. and polkadots.. and all the things a girl loves to have in her lingerie drawer..

I dreamed a little dream today.. it was happy.. and boisterous and bubbly .. it was a dream like many of the previous dreams.. quiet in its own way but visually loud in my head..

I was walking in the sunshine in my dream.. The sun was so warm on my cheeks.. to touch my hair, it was hot.. and yet. when I walked.. and my toes sank down between the wide blades of the St Augustine grass.. I could feel the cool moisture from within the blades slipping between my toes..

The breeze was gentle.. The clouds like pieces of popcorn that had exploded in the sky.. The smell of flowers lingering in the hair heavy like I'd just walked through the perfume department at Nordstrom's on my way to the show section..

I dreamed this lil dream and I was happy in it.. Smiling all the way down to my bones..

And the I woke up.
